satisfy your cravings without neccesarily breaking your bank account or ruining your diet? This 15 minute stir fry
noodle recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
- chopped onion
- chopped ginger
- chopped garlic
- veg of choice
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- fish sauce
- honey
- chilli flakes (optional)
- chilli sauce (optional)
- protein of choice
- spring onions
- noodles
Recipe:
- Cook protein of choice and set (add preferred seasonings.)
- Place noodles to cook/boil.
- While the noodles cook, saute some of the chopped onion, garlic and ginger (along with veg of choice)- for 5 mins
- For the sauce - mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, chilli sauce, honey, and chili flakes
- Add the cooked noodles to a pan, along with the veg, then drizzel the sauce - stir well.
- Finally add the cooked protein.
